Right in the heart of Valencia, you’ll find an oasis of tranquility and peace, with a cozy, homey decor where every detail has been carefully considered to make you feel right at home.
It’s a three-story single-family home all to yourself, featuring the most modern amenities: a jacuzzi, a whirlpool tub, a pool and sun deck with a lawn, a private indoor elevator, a loft-style main floor with a terrace and a suite, and a private terrace on the third floor. On the first floor, there’s a fireplace, and we’ll provide enough firewood to last your entire stay—but if you prefer, you can turn on the forced-air heating, and in the summer, adjust the air conditioning installed throughout the property to your liking.
It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood; you’ll usually be able to park right outside the house, but thanks to its strategic location, you can reach the main beaches or tourist attractions in just 15 minutes. Near Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas and the Palacio de Congresos, you’ll find a wide variety of dining options.
Just a few meters from the house, you’ll find several bus lines that will take you to the city center (Line 62), the City of Arts and Sciences, and Malvarrosa Beach in just a few minutes.
I’d like to extend a warm greeting to you all. I was born in Valencia and have lived here my entire life. I love to travel and usually book private accommodations, which is why I’ve designed the house with what I personally would like to find in mind, and we’ll prepare the space with your specific needs in mind—taking into account the number of people and their ages. That’s why we can provide a crib or a bed rail for young children.
