The apartment was clean, modern and had all the facilities we needed. The apartment block is slightly underwhelming but that should not take away from a pleasant apartment. The self check in was easy & great communication with the host prior to our visit. The area is multi cultural which makes it interesting. 5 minute walk to O'Connell street and about 15 mins to Temple Bar area.

The space no longer matches the photos. There seems to be some cleaning and maintenance issues that have developed since the property was first made available. The faucet in the bathroom is loose and leaky, the shower drain does not drain so that you need to turn the water off mid shower to keep the bathroom from flooding. There was no air flow in the apartment and it was very noisy - both inside room to room and lots of street noise. The space was not clean - there was trash in the garbage cans and little bits on the floor. The bathroom surfaces were not clean, especially the corners. The response time for communication was slow. We had a difficult time requesting an early check in or bag drop. We messaged several times and ended up standing on the stoop for a while waiting for a message or a final decision as to whether we could check in or not.
