Everything was very clean and the location of the property was excellent. Steps to the beach and downtown with food and shops.

We had a great stay. The house was clean, well stocked and best of all the location was perfect for walking to the beach and the main downtown Encinitas area. Would definitely stay again with my family!

Suggestions: need upgrade on outside furniture and suggest outside table and L shaped couch in LR. Not enough seating to entertain with such a wonderful location. Need to have supplies available like chairs, umbrella and boogy boards but they brought right away on request.

The house is basically a block away from the beach in one direction and a block away from the main Encinitas street with all the restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and bars in the other. I would definitely stay in this house again for future stays in the area.
