We loved having direct beach access up the private path over the dunes, it was also an easy walk into the main street which had great restaurants.

Superb location with lots of great indoor and outdoor spaces for all occasions. We loved how much character and interest the property had - it really felt like we were staying in someone's home and not some sterile hotel room.

Difficult to fault in any way - one of the best locations in Sawtell, including wildlife & and beautiful sunrises. Easy access, everything was immaculate when we arrived. The outdoor bath was an absolute joy . Not one mosquito or fly - sensational!
