Overall we had a good vacation weekend. I need the owner to know about the gas grill downstairs, the table it was on is almost broken and it's a fire hazard. I moved the grill onto the metal table to keep it secure for now. The rental has very poor, dim lighting, I suggest it get upgraded. Please let the owner know about the grill table. Also, we did not sleep very well, the beds are of poor quality. Maybe it's our preference for a firm mattress, others might like it.

We enjoyed our stay. The upstairs unit could use a microwave.

Very cute cabin, split into 2 units. The main unit has such nice high ceilings and cozy feel, while the lower unit is smaller but nice. The kitchen is sufficiently appointed, but there is only 1 microwave and it's in the smaller downstairs unit. It takes awhile for the unit to warm up with the heater on, but there are a few space heaters to help. We cooked all our meals and there were enough pots and pans and utensils for the 2 families that stayed there. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the short ride to Stagecoach parking lot.Plenty of parking and a very nice deck to enjoy.

The cabin is well located near the nevada side of heavenly with excellent views over the valley. Not really walkable with ski gear, but 3-4 min drive from both the stage coach and boulder areas. The cabin was also very clean. It is separated into two units, which are connnected with an outdoor staircase. When we arrived the heating for both units was turned off and it was VERY cold. It took several hours for the units to warm up, but once they did they temperature held fine. The upstairs unit has a full kitchen that is pretty well stocked. There is a wood burning stove, but it is not available for guest use. The lighting is somewhat confusing and several of the lights and the TV were Jury-rigged with extension chords running all over the place that needed to be plugged in, so be forewarned if you have small children. The downstairs unit was more updated, but has very little cooking capacity. Again several electronics with precarious extension chord situations. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Of note: this unit only comes with 2 parking spaces so plan accordingly.

"It was a great experience for the stay! My only concern is that in the mornings the rooms get a bit cold but the stay was great."
