The condo was really nice, clean and comfortable. Quick access to the beach with a nice beach view from the balcony. Ernie was an excellent host and very easy to contact if needed.

The condo is clean, welcoming, and super conveniently located. The host was communicative and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting 30A.

Great communication from both owner and property manager, before/during/after our stay. Fantastic location, steps away from the beach. Clean and well-appointed throughout. Fully equipped kitchen (though we did not take advantage of it), towels and beach chairs provided, washer/dryer worked fine. Would not hesitate to recommend!
