Location
Laundry facilities in room.
Slight mishap with previous guest taking the key fob to enter the building.
Prompt assistance from Hannah and Natalie ensured we were in the room as quickly as possible.

Excellent location, very clean and nicely decorated. Super clear check in instructions and great communication from host.
Only downsides were that is is very noisy at night (really appreciated the provided ear plugs otherwise I would have got zero sleep) and the elevator sometimes wasn’t working or would randomly stop at every floor, opening and closing doors multiple times etc… but I did notice they’re going to be upgrading them soon.
