The location and the modern furniture and equipment.
Plenty of light, yet cosy and comfortable.
Instructions for access very clear and easy to follow.
We found the mattress a little soft for our liking.

Excellent location, clean, well furnished, the lift
Letting agents were helpful but they do need to read emails rather than follow procedures. They were told several times that few days before the stay I would only be contactable by phone or text. They sent an email and I use a none smart mobile phone.
