Really good property, no complaints at all.

Amazing location! Quiet and safe neighborhood, very close to the university

Convenient for walking or busses to various parts of the city.

The location was mostly convenient. We were able to walk to most places within 20 minutes. The apartment was not as clean as it could be. The bathtub still had hair in it when we arrived. The sheets on the king bed appeared to not be very clean, again found hairs on the sheets. The surfaces in the place were very dusty. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very dirty. Dust ruffle on the single bed was dirty and/or stained. I would suggest to the owner that they touch base with the cleaning staff and encourage them to be more efficient. There were also nails sticking out of the wood floors which caused a scrap injury to a guest.
