The property was well maintained and in a great location. Having the backyard and twin room was great for the kids. I would happily stay here again!

This property was a short 4-minute walk to a quieter section of East Beach. The house was well equipped throughout, including kitchen essentials, beach gear, and disposable products. We appreciated having two living spaces, in addition to the five bedrooms. The outdoor shower and plentiful parking spaces were handy. The owner Judy was also very easy to communicate with and very accommodating with our requests. A couple critiques: WiFi was slow, some spaces could have been cleaner, and mosquitoes on that short walk to the beach were be relentless—wear long pants and shirts!

We loved this home! It was a perfect fit for our extended family, and the split level was really nice for giving some separate spaces and privacy. It felt very cozy and homey, and it was very close to the beach access. Mrs. Prater was really helpful and responsive.

The home was super close to the beach. It was well furnished and the owner even had beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, etc for us to use. We had a slight issue with the air conditioner but the owner was super quick to fix it! We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay at the beach!
