★ Ultimate Auburn Parent Retreat | Perfect for Move-In & Orientation ★
Welcome to your Auburn Basecamp! 🦅 Whether you are dropping your student off for Camp War Eagle, hauling boxes for fall dorm move-in, or just visiting your favorite Auburn Tiger, this spacious home is the ultimate parent headquarters. We know how chaotic orientation and move-in days can be, so we’ve designed this space to be your quiet, convenient retreat away from the crowds.
🛒 The "Stock Up" Advantage (Location, Location, Location!) Forget stressing about where to buy forgotten dorm essentials or last-minute groceries. Our home is strategically located just minutes from Auburn’s premier shopping options, saving you precious time navigating college-town traffic:
Target: A quick drive to both the convenient downtown Toomer's Corner Target and the massive Opelika Tigertown location for all your dorm-room runs.
Groceries Galore: You are just around the corner from Publix, Kroger (Corner Village), and Walmart Supercenter, making it incredibly easy to stock the fridge, grab grab-and-go snacks for busy orientation days, or buy in bulk to fill up your student's new pantry.
Coffee & Quick Bites: Surrounded by local cafes and fast-casual dining when you need a quick energy boost between campus tours.
📦 Room to Prep & Decompress Hotel rooms are too cramped for sorting through boxes of twin-XL bedding and mini-fridges. Here, you get the whole house!
Spread Out: Use our spacious living areas and large kitchen island to organize dorm supplies, sort through Camp War Eagle paperwork, and pack up care packages.
Home-Cooked Comfort: Skip the crowded restaurants. Our fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook a relaxing family dinner and enjoy a quiet evening together before your student officially leaves the nest.
Relax & Recharge: After a long, hot day walking the concourse, come back to strong A/C, blazing-fast Wi-Fi (perfect if you need to squeeze in some remote work), a work desk, and a private outdoor patio where you can kick back with a cold drink.
The Perfect Parent Layout: With 2 queen bedrooms and 2 full baths, as well as a powder room half bath, there is plenty of room for the whole family, plus a dedicated vanity space to get ready for campus events.
Book your stress-free Auburn stay today and make move-in a breeze. War Eagle!

This property is in a quiet condominium community and is convenient to all things Auburn. The decor is charming and includes lots of original artwork to be enjoyed. The property manager responds quickly to questions.

I was more than impressed with my stay here. The property is well taken care of, decorated so nice, lots of space, very clean, and a great location to campus. I will definitely stay here again. The manager is very easy to communicate with. I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend.
