Living and dining

A red sofa, lush plants and big windows onto the balcony. The open plan keeps everyone together, with a TV for movie nights, a chess set and Uno, and a live-edge dining table for the whole group.

Fully equipped: gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and coffee, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, wine glasses and cooking basics, plus a breakfast bar.

Guest Access:

The whole penthouse and its balcony are yours. From the street entrance there are about 12 steps up to the elevator; take it to the 4th floor and let yourself in with the smart lock. If anyone in your group has limited mobility, tell us and we will give you the garage remote: the garage entrance leads to the elevator with no stairs. We send clear arrival instructions before your stay. The building has 1 free parking space for you in its garage. There is no doorman or security guard on site. You can drop off luggage before check-in and after check-out.



The Neighborhood:

You are in the heart of Condesa, just south of its two great parks. Cafes and restaurants on Avenida Tamaulipas are about an 8-minute walk, Parque México about 9, Parque España about 12 and the Mercado de Medellín food market about 12. Guests describe the street as quiet and safe at night, yet steps from bakeries, coffee shops, bars and boutiques. Roma Norte's Plaza Río de Janeiro is about a 30-minute walk.



Getting Around:

You do not need a car here; Condesa and Roma are made for walking. Metro Chilpancingo is about 6 minutes on foot and Metro Patriotismo about 15. Ride-hailing cars are easy to find for trips to Reforma, Chapultepec or the Centro Histórico. The airport is about 8 mi by car; allow extra time for city traffic. If you drive, the building has 1 free garage space.

• Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM; luggage drop-off available.

• 4th (top) floor by elevator, with about 12 steps from the street to the elevator; for limited mobility we lend the garage remote for step-free access.

• 3 king bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms.

• There is no doorman or security guard. Exterior security cameras cover the building entrance, the lobby and outside the apartment door; none inside.

• On-demand water heater: give the shower a moment to warm up; instructions are in the bathroom.

• Wi-Fi is strongest in the living room and kitchen, where the workspace is.

• The kitchen tap water is filtered and safe to drink.

• Crib, travel crib and high chair on request.

• No parties or events; quiet hours 9 PM to 9 AM.
