Clean, quiet, convenient to local restaurants and only a short drive to area beaches. Everything we needed for a perfect getaway.

The check-in was easy and our landlord was available at any time. The house was fully equipped with all tools necessary and it was clean and neat. An outdoor sitting area was provided and the property is fully fenced, all is super dog-friendly. A dog park is literally around the corner in a friendly family style neighborhood. For children a nice playground is in the park also. Our host kindly left some suggestions for local restaurants and places to see other than the beaches.

Great for what we needed!

We had a great stay at this vacation rental! We arrived early and were able to check in a bit ahead of time, which was really appreciated. We did report a minor issue, and it was addressed immediately—great communication all around. The home was cozy (clean) and had everything we needed to accommodate our family while we were in town for my military son’s wedding. The couches and beds were super comfortable, which made it even better. The only small thing to note is the 40-gallon water heater—when two people showered back-to-back, the third got a slightly cool shower. But once we spaced things out, it worked just fine and everyone had hot showers.Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay again!
