We will be happy to welcome you to our holiday home in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, in a quiet little village. The accommodations are ideally located for exploring the Rhuys Peninsula, situated between the Gulf of Morbihan and the ocean beaches: - 4km from the ocean beaches, with a coastline interspersed with coves and cliffs up to the Pointe du Grand Mont; - 5km from the Gulf beaches and their views of the islands; - 3km from the village of Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys; - 10km from Port-Navalo, from which you can embark for the magnificent islands of the Gulf of Morbihan (Belle-Île-en-Mer, Île aux Moines, Île d'Arz, etc.); - 5km from the driving range Bluegreen Rhuys golf course and 7 km from the Arzon Thalasso and Spa for enthusiasts. PGJyPg Cycle paths and a footpath accessible in good weather are nearby. Govelins beach is a 10-minute bike ride away. Shops in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys and Sarzeau are less than 10 minutes away by car. The house is brand new: on the first floor, you will find a living/dining room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster), a bedroom (160x200 bed) with ensuite shower room, a separate toilet and an utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a 160x200 cm bed and 1 bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. You can enjoy a pleasant environment thanks to the garden and terrace. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. End-of-stay cleaning: €50 for short stays, €100 for a week or more. If the cleaning package is not purchased, the accommodation must be left perfectly clean. Parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
