This home was very quiet, no neighbors to speak of, with wonderful views and amazing sunsets. Both decks were the highlight of the stay. We saw quite a bit of wildlife including a bobcat, deer and wild turkeys. At the same time the place is very convenient to Julian.The house was generally clean, but could use a really deep clean like baseboards, wood work and the stove. Also, the dishwasher needs to be anchored so it doesn't tilt forward when you put dishes in it. Beds were comfortable, the furnishings etc were adequate. If you're looking for high end, luxury finishes, this is not the place for you. The major drawback for us was the lack of reading light at night. I would recommend this home, particularly for families. I'm sure kids would love the game room and the tree swing.

The view is breathtaking! Enjoyed our stay and the house was well stocked with sundries and snacks. The owner was communicative and personable.

The wood burning stove was great for warming the house. The grill was great for bbq. Great stay.

Really nice property. It’s on 7 acres but it’s not walkable land. Gorgeous views! Could use a good cleaning for cobwebs and mouse droppings. The beds are comfortable. The host was very easy to work with.
