This is a fantastic location to downtown and any activities you want to do in Grand Rapids. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet. Brooke’s air conditioning held up to the extreme heatwave while we were there and kept us cool. We spent a lot of time around the island in the kitchen -such a nice space. Brooke is so responsive- she replies almost faster than we can hit send. Great outdoor space as well!! If you’re coming to Grand Rapids and need a lot space , stay here - it’s worth the money.

Everything was great - host just forgot to update lock code in check message sent by VRBO, but was on site to help us get in.
