This house was located on a peaceful street with very nice neighbors! It was clean and had everything we needed. Tony was very helpful with any questions we had. Our only suggestion is that the master mattress be replaced. The “wells” were pretty deep and a bit uncomfortable. We look forward to staying here again!

What a pleasure we had in Cape Coral. This house was a perfect get away for the adults. A great location to so many great restaurants and other activities. We loved the burrowing owls! The only issue we had was a cold pool for a couple of days because we couldn’t figure out to turn on the pool heater. Please consider adding those details in your very useful book of the house and location.
