The house rental was a perfect size for everybody to enjoy their own space and the extra playroom was nice. The clubhouse lacks amenities!ProsThe house was very spacious and it allowed for family time or movie night in the great room area. The property was in a good location and very close to the main clubhouse for walking. The pool was a good size and they had some extra toys that the kids could play with as well. Security is tight and you feel safe during your stay. The amenities are as described so please be conscious of what is offered during your stay.ConsI made plans to stay a little longer than expected when I made my original request to rent. Due to my kids' summer travel plans I wanted to reduce my check-in date by two days, however, I was denied by management. I was 30 days out from my check-in date and yet could not make a simple change to my itinerary without losing money for both days. Upon arrival, we winded up wasting a full day because of other commitments but I decided to make the necessary changes to at least utilize one out of the 2 days I wanted to cancel. We arrived around midnight the first night and had an 8-day stay at this property. At the security gate, I had to watch a short video and sign-in before receiving my gate code to enter the property. Although this step is annoying, no further complications. My final complaints would be that the pool cleanup crew came during our stay which was strangely unexpected and no towels for the pool.

The house was amazing and very clean. The dishwasher was broken and we could not use and we had issues with the internet and TVs but that was not caused by the host. The house was beautiful and the pool was amazing. We were very thankful to stay at this home in the community. Definitely recommend the stay for families.

Great size property, good location for Disney and universal studios. Would definitely return

Amazing home and hosts. Paid for heated pool and jacuzzi, jacuzzi never got “hot tub” temp and was actually colder than the pool by day 5. Did notify hosts but as it was our last night, we didn’t expect it to be fixed. Still 5/5 for the stay since it was hot out all 5 days.
