Rented for four weeks in March. House was great. Neighborhood was good. Would have liked a washer/dryer for such a long stay, and there is a local laundromat within a mile. Good location for our stay to get to Lakeland or downtown Tampa. I would rent again.

We stayed here for the USF summer graduation. It was nice to be away from the busy campus area. This home was very clean and had everything we needed. There were quite a few restaurants and stores in the area, too.

They say Pet Friendly but they charge for Pets. They charge it as "Pet Cleaning Fee" even though there is nowhere to add the pet when booking. We has a few issues that were never resolved. There were not check out instructions because the host was occupied. There should be another source of responsibility when hosting. The location is very close to the highways but not the best neighborhood.
