Proper bathroom

The bed is actually a couch which has a broken side and it wasn’t made. There were issues with the heating, the thermostat is OoO.

The host wasn’t responsive at all. I asked about earlier check in a day before my arrival, she promised to reply once she check with current guests. The next morning she didn’t write me anything, and didn’t reply to any of my messages during the day. The password for WiFi wasn’t indicated anywhere, when I check - the host gave me the wrong one and told to look for the router inside the apartment. The view from the apartment is far from the best and I wish someone mentioned it in the reviews. The heating system didn’t work properly. The sofa is comfortable for 1 person only, not enough room for a couple.
