We did not book breakfast. Location was good. Very near retail park
The back garden needs a bit of uplifting. Grass was overgrown and very messy. Build a sitting area in the back garden so guests can sit and relax with a cuppa and see the kids playing in a tidy garden. Windows need to be cleaned as well. Upstairs hand held shower replaced with the proper shower and shower curtains as well

Very clean and prompt communication with the owners.
Good decor to whole house.
Good kitchen.
Clear instructions.
Great location and nice garden.
Make the £250 refundanble deposit requirement more explict on booking.com.
The second bedroom with 3 beds is very cramped when all 3 beds are used. Also the 2 beds in the same room are very squeaky causing disturbance to other sleepers.
The short table-top ironing board should be replaced with a full size ironing board.
Upstairs bath needs a shower curtain or screen.

THe house served us very well for attending a family wedding.
A very small table to sit at which only had force and chairs for 4 people. We were all having a special family dinner the night before but couldn’t all sit round the table together. There were 7 in our group but only 4 chairs and cutlery for 6 people. I had booked for 7 people yet we had to make up a sofa bed for the 7th person. We were not able to shower adequately as neither the sink or the shower were draining properly. This made it tricky getting ready on the morning of the wedding with only one hand held shower over a bath.
