Amazing location in the centre of San gimignano. What a joy to experience the town before and after the daily tourist influx.
Balcony overlooking the rooftops and vineyards-
Perfect
Apartment very spacious and simply and perfectly furnished.
Didn’t use the cooking facilities so unable to comment on kitchen contents
Slight issue with opening the front door but resolved very promptly by Andrea. No further issues during our stay.

It has a great little deck and is in a great location
It was too hot for this time of the year. All closed when we arrived and like a sauna. Upstairs bed very uncomfortable and the front door lock very difficult to use.
