AL Farida Boutique Pyramids

So close to the Pyramids and the Sphinx. Two blocks from the Sphinx exit from the complex. Big room with a comfy bed and a nice walk in shower. Big breakfast every morning: eggs to order, fruit, yoghurt, a large bread basket, croissants, jams and honey, coffee and juice. More than we could ever eat. They also made us dinner both nights and there was no charge. Quite a surprise. They provided airport pickup for a fee and the driver was on time. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop was breathtaking. We asked the hotel to arrange some tours. We had the same driver (Mahmoud) and guide (Muhhamed) for the Giza Pyramids, Grand Egyptian Museum (it is Grand) and a trip to Saqqura and Dashur pyramids. Muhhamed has a masters degree in archaeology and was a font of knowledge. The price was reasonable and less than some on-line guide services. It was a private guide and driver for the price of a group tour.

Giza is a bustling neighborhood with horses and camels and a lot of activity. If you are used to resort seclusion this is not the place. Great for experienced travelers.

The property is at a very good location. Is safe. Extremely clean and the staff are super friendly and always trying to help you. They care about you and fix anything right away. I totally recommend this facility. Breakfast is good. They have a great view of the pyramids. Thanks to Karim fayed, karim harby, moataz, youssef And the best one abdelrahman.

Facing the road it was impossible to ignore the loud noises of a main road in Giza

Location and room was quite big and clean. But I got diarrhea from the vegetables I ate for breakfast.
