The staff is very nice. First night they gave us a very dark room with a very small window on the court which is very dirty, and with very limited natural light, even if i booked a room with a street view. We arrived at around 3 AM, but the next morning, they changed us the room to a better one very easily. The staff is very gentle. Various breakfast. Very good location.

The location.
The breakfast during the 10 days was the same. would be better to serve small packed batter, jams, simid, croissants, etc. Would be better to have a coffee machine, as it is a 4-star hotel.

Friendly staff, great service and super reactive to any requests that may come up. Ali and the other lady who spoke Farsi but I failed to catch her name were exceptionally nice to us and made sure out stay was as comfy as it gets.
