Very responsive host. Great location and, at this time of the year (early October) very good value. The apartment itself is really nice. It's on two floors. One thing that was a bit unexpected was the quite steep and narrow winding staircase from the main floor to the second bedroom upstairs.
An (ultimately minor) inconvenience (not the host's fault) was the about 20 messages on booking.com because this runs through Holidu, and so there are so many double (sometimes seemingly AI-generated) messages about check-in procedure etc. etc. Overall, the booking experience can be made about 80% more efficient.

Close to the main station.
It was loud neighbourhood. The air conditioner didn’t work so it was very stuffy. Contact with the host was difficult, the host was surprised that we are coming (like he forgot that he/she has guests).
