Conveniently near the grocery store & marina
Heat on main floor was inoperative and there were no spare blankets.
It would have been nice to have a sheet of instructions for the TV, AC/Heat controller and the WiFi password on the table at check-in.
A note in the property description explaining this is a 3 story apartment and there are 35 steps to the main bedroom would be helpful.
