This was a decent property, cleanliness was fine, but the amenities were awesome. Lots of different restaurants and food options that allow everyone to find something they like, and having the mall close allows for even more options. The staff were always helpful and happy to assist.

good clean rooms, mostly courteous staff. Mostly good and quality food options although the breakfast buffet was a big let down especially if you are looking for non Indian options.

The hotel itself was pretty average. It was clean enough but no more than that.
Some of the hotel staff were good, but mostly just average. You knew you were in a hotel, but not necessarily welcome; it was just a matter of business.
The food was ok, but no more than that.
