Very new hotel. Though a bit dark and hot in the corridors. Friendly staff. Note kids under 11 are not allowed in onsen, could be disappointing for those with children. Swim cap required in pool.

Facilities quite new and very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, a must stay at Xin Beitou if you have children, as children are not allowed to enter public onsen at lvl 1, but they can enjoy the private one within the room. We all enjoyed the facilities there!!! Thanks to the staffs and hotel!!!!
