The 60-square-meter apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with a doorman and an elevator, and is laid out as follows:

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
