Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an older home with older appliances. Everything worked well, water was hot, AC was cold. Great water pressure in the showers. Beds were comfortable. Has all of the kitchen gadgets you would need but again, dated. There are NO frequently used food items like salt/pepper, cooking spray, coffee filters, aluminum foil, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Older house so could use some attention. Living room furniture needs replacing and refrigerator. Air conditioner worked well on very hot days. I would recommend this property with some reservations.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the home is perfect. The beach was not crowded at all. Everything is close by, but we didn’t feel like we were in the center of all the activity. The front porch was my favorite place to be. The house is a bit run down. Some simple updates would make a big difference-better coffee maker, comfortable (clean) living room furniture, for example.
