This place was perfect for our group. I wouldn’t recommend for small children or handicapped. The stairs do not have a handrail and a child gate would eliminate the safety concern for the stairs. Don’t get me wrong, the place was super nice but that is my recommendation. It may not be for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well! It was a very easy check in and check out process. This was probably the most laid back host I have encountered with very few rules which made the check out very simple and stress free. We locked the door knob without thinking and Eric was so kind and helpful. Truly a good experience.

Eric was excellent on communication and incredibly accommodating! Highly recommended!

Clean and perfect house for a weekend getaway to Fredericksburg! Quiet little neighborhood! Would definitely go back

It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Host is outstanding and the home is just as shown. Would recommend this to everyone!
