• All units are supplied with Greystone Soaps and amenities
• Each unit has a microwave and coffee machine (Coffee Supplied)
• Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor for $2 each. We supply laundry detergent.
• Each unit has glass and disposable plateware and utensils; you do not need to worry about dishes.
• Each unit has ultra-soft Charmin toilet paper
• Free WiFi
• Each one-bedroom unit has a TV in the main room, and another in the bedroom. Each TV is at least 55”

The location is great being right downtown. It was easy working with the host and check-in was a breeze. The space was as advertised and clean. I would recommend staying here if you’re looking to have an experience staying a converted 1920s hotel in downtown klamath Falls.

This place was perfect for what we needed. We were looking for a place to stay overnight to break up a trip to crater lake. It’s a renovated older building and has some quirks but that’s part of the charm.

I had an excellent experience staying at this 1930s building in downtown. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making my arrival stress-free.The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s rest.
