Reviewer Comments: The Downtown unit at Waves Edges is a great place to stay for an Atlantic Beach Vacation. The unit has a roomy kitchen, nice appliances and 2 bedrooms with good size closets and comfortable queen size beds. The chair and couch in the living room are also very comfortable. It's location is perfect - close to the beach access walk and just down the street from several nice restaurants - including Island Grille right next door. Don't hesitate to book it!

Very well kept! Perfect access to the beach and perfect if you have two kids!

The house was just as described and the pictures showed. It had everything you needed. Check in was easy. The property managers were attentive and answered all questions immediately. Very close to the beach. Just a heads up to anyone who rents with a dog, not a complaint, if you are standing outside looking at the house, there is a sticky ball bush and the sticky balls are in the grass - keep your dog off of that side because it is not fun to have to pull them off. Would definitely rent again.
