Further to the title of my review I would add, described as 'luxurious', not in my opinion. Clean and comfortable with spectacular views of the marina, definitely. There was sufficient crockery and cutlery to 'eat in' but not a well stocked kitchen in terms of pans or utensils to cook for a family of 4 (but we ate out mostly). A huge television in the living room (for those days, or evenings, when the weather is not great) but unless you have an acceptable subscription to 'Netflix' or 'Prime' there is nothing worth watching. Take a book to read! The balconies are pleasant for sitting out on although not entirely in the sunshine. The only electric socket near a mirror (for hair drying purposes) was in the living room. The mattresses on both beds were comfortable for us but the hollowfibre pillows were not 'luxurious' standard.Rubbish left out in the corridor by the neighbouring apartment occupants was reported and removed reasonably quickly. This was not my first visit to Dubai, the standard of accommodation was similar to that in which I have stayed previously. I would however strongly recommend this property for it's location.
