The house was exactly as described, very comfortable with everything you could need and a lovely backyard. Julie was very helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, 5 min from Newburyport. Quaint, nice place to stay. Back yard completely fenced, though side fencing is only about 4 feet high so if you have big dogs you may need to leash walk (just mentioning to help others, we would still have rented in a heartbeat!) Host very communicative and even let us check in an hour early.

What a great stay! Cute and cozy but yet roomy, the neighborhood was so quiet. Our host checked in on us, communication was great, finding the place was easy, we have no complains! Absolutely would stay again - thanks Julie!

There was a problem with the hot water not being available one day. The door to the garbage drawer under the sink was broken.
