House was in a very desirable location. Hutchinson Island is beautiful and laid back. Easy walk to the beach and great restaurants nearby. House was immaculate. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and delivered exceptional service. Highly recommend this house and this area!

Amenities & host- when we arrived the heater for the pool & hot tub was not working. We immediately told the host who informed the pool service. We arrived on Monday, the pool company came Wednesday but needed a part. They then showed up late Thursday to install that part, but the pool & hot tub never became tempered to use. We had children with us that could not use the pool. We tried to use it on our last day but it was still too cold. One of the key reasons we picked a place with a pool and paid more money than a place without a pool was for these amenities. We notified the contact person who said they would contact the owner as they felt we should get a refund and would let us know how much. I have contacted them twice, which have gone unresponded. Our trip was in November so they have had plenty of time to get back to us regarding our refund. Feeling ignored by Ryan and the host! Based on our experience we would not recommend renting this place.

Great house and stay! Ryan was responsive and we appreciated the baby gear they arranged for us. The house and pool area were well equipped, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Home was everything described and seen in the pictures! Immaculate. Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Well maintained. Beautiful private pool. Just about everything we needed was provided by the home owner! Even down to the shampoo! Definitely will stay here again if we get the chance.

Bedroom #3 overlooks the pool area at the rear of the home and has a king bed, nightstand with a lamp, large ceiling fan, and a 27" smart TV.

Bedroom #3 offers a large closet with space for hanging clothing and built-in drawers for storage.

Bedroom #3 has a door that leads to the covered lanai and pool area.
