The Kostecki vacation rental is located in the center of Monzingen. Our vacation rental is on the first floor and can be accessed via an outdoor staircase and a separate entrance. A bakery, a restaurant, and a butcher shop are just a few minutes’ walk away. When building this zero-energy house in 2020, we placed a strong emphasis on sustainability and environmental friendliness; therefore, it was constructed using wood blocks and insulated with cellulose and wood fiber boards. This creates a wonderful living environment. Heating is provided by an infrared heating system installed on the ceiling, and hot water is produced by instantaneous water heaters in the kitchen and bathroom. The property is powered by its own PV system.

On-site costs: The final price includes a final cleaning. The following services are available for an additional fee: - We offer our guests the option to charge their electric cars at our own charging station. This is billed at an additional flat rate of €25.00 per charge. - Dogs are allowed only upon request and are charged an additional €10.00 per day.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
