As advertised! Perfect spot to serve as hq for my race crew. Might consider bear warnings though. Frequent parking lot visitors!

This property was clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. It checked all the boxes. I would stay there again when visiting Mammoth Lakes.

Our overall experience was good. Rooms were a little tight for suitcases. It was a good location and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The "common area" was a little disappointing, maybe because we thought there'd be board games, etc. Was peaceful and quiet with some cool sounding squirrels right outside of the back sliding glass door.

Nice location, if you prefer a busy neighborhood. The condo had a few issues, dirty sticky couch, with a burn whole. Carpet can use a good cleaning or replacement. Sierra Park villa is very old and run down. Common area is in bad shape and the pool was not open. Very disappointing. The condo did have new beds and kitchen appliances but nothing else has been upgraded. I would not stay there again and I have stayed there numerous times over the years.
