This beautiful oceanfront condo overlooks the glistening blue Atlantic Ocean and miles of white sandy beaches. This comfortable condo has everything you need for a fantastic get away. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and your own washer and dryer in the unit.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, en suite bathroom, and access to the oceanfront balcony. The first guest room hosts a queen bed, and the second guest rooms features two full beds. There is an additional shared bathroom between the two guest rooms.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the open floor plan is perfect for hosting your entire group!
The Amelia by the Sea gated complex has a pool, tennis courts, community grills, and a private fishing pier. Drop your bags and walk steps to the beach, or lounge next to our Olympic size swimming pool. Your fishermen will love our complex as it has the only private fishing pier on the island. Exclusively for our owners and guests, the pier has a fish cleaning station as well as benches for seating all the way down its 800 ft.

I felt the condo was a fair value. Only negative were pots and pans needing an upgrade. Cleaning service did a very good job as the unit was very clean. I rented another from a different owner and that unit had not been cleaned very good. Good location right over pier. Amelia by the Sea is the oldest condo on the island but maintenance has been performed to keep property in good shape. Enjoyed our stay very much and the communication was spot on.

Absolutely beautiful view! Condo was spacious and very nice. It’s slightly dated, but the view is much better than updates. I loved having coffee on the balcony each morning. It was as advertised and well stocked with towels and other needed items. Based on the time of year we went, the pool became shady later in the afternoon, but it was warm enough to be on the beach so that was not an issue.

Kitchen dishes need additions. Refrigerator had much food leftover from previous occupants. All else great.

Beautiful view. Balcony was the best part, big and spacious with comfortable seating.
