Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time to Garden City. Last year we were at Waters Edge. Ocean Cove had its pros and cons. Pros were great price,location,pool,beds/bedrooms. Cons were place definitely needed updating. Carpet,kitchen,kitchen floor,bathroom (main one in hallway) and both balconies. Just needs new furniture. It was rusty and falling apart. But with all of that we had the best time. So it was a fantastic trip.

My family has been coming to Ocean Cove for over 40 years and it has always been a good time. Great location, the property is well kept and quiet, and there is always ample beach space. 306 was a treat and in great condition for its age. Sure, it could use some minor touch ups, but there were no glaring issues and everything was easy! Would reccomend to a friend and will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was good, but the rental unit was in need of many updates. The furniture in the living room was dirty & uncomfortable. There are no ceiling fans in the unit which are needed for air circulation. The cookware needed to be replaced. The washing machine had rust in it. The balconies were wonderful. The view was perfect.
