Clean n comfortable

No housekeeping

Very nicely appointed, modern apartment, digital check in and access via elevator, 4th floor, windows open wide, light and airy. Relatively quiet streets around by Phnom P standard.... I chose the area, with previous experience, it's near the University is why it exists, to stay away from the tourism centre( and it's associated street crime...) Surrounding streets are still chaotic traffic and shops and markets bedlam but in a nicer way. Very very nice apartment, small as advertised, 24hrs ground floor security. No owners around at all but on call digitally remotely. Excellent service

One noisy guest neighbour! But that just highlighted what a nice quiet "ish" locality it is in. Much of Ppn is a raucous dump particularly after dark.
