Clean, neat, attractive. Clean towels furnished. Shampoos, conditioners, body wash provided. Two bathrooms two queen beds. Beds were comfortable. Ample parking. Location was close enough to game day activities. TV had Roku.

Location to the school was fine.

Our stay at your property was okay, but unfortunately, we did not feel it was worth the $280-per-night rate. There were several maintenance, cleanliness, and amenity issues that we believe need attention, especially at this price point: - Weather stripping is coming loose underneath the main entrance door. - The shower in the hallway bathroom does not drain properly. - The doorknob on the door leading into one of the bedrooms is loose. - The living room TV does not work. - The ceiling fan in the second bedroom is squeaky. - The door leading into the bedroom bathroom drags on the floor. - There was only one bath towel per person and no washcloths provided. - A dirty tissue was left on the kitchen counter. - An old Wawa cup was left on the porch. - The stovetop is dirty - Two dirty spoons left in the drying rack in the sink - The back of the sink has a pool of dishwashing soap all over it. - Most of the bedroom furniture has water stains on them, almost like they were thrift store purchases. - Several doors have damage to them in some form or another. - Rug at entryway is dirty - Dishes left in dishwasher We also found the checkout procedures somewhat excessive. Guests are asked to complete a significant amount of cleaning and other tasks—what felt like roughly half of the work we would expect a cleaning crew to handle—while also being charged a cleaning fee. I have no issue paying a reasonable cleaning fee, but I don't feel guests should be expected to do that much cleaning in addition to the fee.
