Beautiful modern villa, separate lockable rooms. Staff were very easy to communicate with. Great location
The only thing would be there’s no AC in the kitchen/living room

Very clean
Beautiful place to stay in
Smells amazing
Not a lot food options around but eat to order food in or get a grab to the city centre
Leaves would keep falling in to the pool
No air conditioning in the living room

A beautifully laid out design centred around a pool, with a large living area and kitchenette. 3 rooms around the pool were perfect for my family of 2+3. Location is a 15 minute drive to the central strip in Ubud. The advantages of being out of the hustle and bussle are quiet nights and no crowds of people. There were plenty of good warung options near by for all meals.
A few things that bothered us were that two of the bathrooms often gave off a foul smell after having a shower. It would take an hour or so for it to clear with the door closed.
The large living room would greatly be improved with an air condition unit.
The pool was a little tired. The fountain and the pool lights were not working.
