Location was great for us .. read reviews about homeless people ... there are a lot , coffee shop underneath with great croissants etc coffee tea etc
Pretty reasonably priced
Comfy beds, had everything we needed for a 6 night stay ! Had codes for the doors to get in , sent via booking.com message box
Apart from the homeless...nothing, id stay again if back in Quebec

Great location, not far to walk down into Vieux-Québec. Great communication from hosts and clean room, great shower.
As it is an old building, the walls/ceiling are not very soundproof and the floors are a bit creaky so sorry to the people below us.
