Staff and facilities were exceptionally relaxing. A great oasis in an otherwise challenging atmosphere of tourists overwhelming Roma even in September .

Our host , Ilaria , was simply the warmest and finest person you could have to enhance your stay in The Eternal City ! If only I had a son !

Residenza Leone XIII is modern and beautifully renovated. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, and the area is quiet and peaceful. Everything Rome has to offer in terms of attractions is easily accessible on foot.

There is absolutely nothing I could criticize. They deserve nothing but praise, including the staff.

First of all, a huge plus for the air conditioning in the rooms, especially when staying during the summer. With the high temperatures in Rome, it is really important. Residenza Leone XIII is definitely a place I can recommend. The photos on Booking accurately reflect reality – the rooms are spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The room is also incredibly well equipped – there are glasses, a kettle, plenty of clothes hangers, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. This means you don’t have to worry about basic amenities and toiletries during your stay. The reception staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly. They explained exactly how to use all the facilities and were always happy to answer any questions. It is also very easy to communicate in English at the reception. Another great advantage is access to a beautiful, large garden where you can relax in peace and quiet. The location is excellent – close to the city centre and public transport. The bus stop is practically right outside the hotel, just about a 2-minute walk away. This makes it very easy to get to various attractions in Rome – simply choose the right bus and you can easily reach your destination. Many attractions can also be explored on foot. Honestly, I can only see positives about this place. A great location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, air conditioning, excellent facilities, a beautiful garden, peace and quiet, and extremely helpful and friendly staff. I definitely recommend this place and would be very happy to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location

The beds are extra extra hard, it is like the cardboard. My back is hurt. The reception is polite. I need to have good sleep but on this beds you cant sleep at all. I didn't complain because how can you change the bed or make it softer. Room number is 302 so please for the other guests fix it.
