Modern look, clean, very nice and helpful staff. Restocking waters for us daily. Rooftop restaurant was also amazing food, drinks, shisha alongside that good service and of course a fantastic view of pyramids.

Nothing was directly bad, we had a leak in the shower however that’s about it. All guests are happy with everything else.

Initially I booked there because of the location and it seemed good value for money and it had over 9 on booking.com BUT…

Upon checkout at 6am i had the surprise to see my bill increased by 30% (50 usd) because of “additional charges” that could not be explained by the receptionist and no management to escalate at that hour… I am told now by Management that there is a problem of booking.com that they have reported a few times already, not solved but not a problem at their end. So please be guided and overall, I would say the staff was very nice, the restaurant fair and convenient, but that in my view the current > 9 in booking is misleading. In addition of my payment issue, I found the place very noisy because the double glass just does not fit fully the wall, shower door was leaking and making swimming pool outside and I noticed after no daily housekeeping. Conclusion, unfortunately I found that expensive for what i got.
