The property is as advertised. It was clean and cool. The host is very responsive. The beach is about a 1/2 mile away and very easy to walk to. The pool closest to the Magnolia House is very nice, with gas grills and picnic tables for meals. We love Destin Pointe.

We had a fabulous time staying at this condo. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and the grounds are perfect. From the pools to the beach, this was a perfect place to stay.
