First off, the response and professionalism of Flowers is incredible. They responded promptly to any messages sent, were very thorough with check in and check out process, and overall very friendly. Excellent experience with them! The property is nothing shy of incredible. New build. Great floor plan with lots of space. Beautiful views. Your own beach with good snorkeling close to shore. 2 paddle boards available to use. Location on the peninsula is close to everything with a short trip into the village. Close to markets. The house is stocked well with everything you need, especially the kitchen. No reason to look at any other property. This is the one you want!

Listing was spot on, communication and check in were flawless, and the house was a fully fitted out base for our family of four. Cooking meals, had kayaks delivered and paddled out to nearby caye, games and movies, coffee and the sun rose over the sea -- a lovely, well-appointed modern base for our family break. thanks.

The property was stunning and clean. Kitchen amenities were plentiful with many spices and appliances to choose from. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Check in process was easy and property management was great to check on us during our stay. Only things I would want to know in advance is how troublesome the sand flys and NoSeeUm bugs are. Were we to stay here again, I would bring or buy bug spray with DEET and some good allergy spray for any bites sustained during the stay. Breathable long pants and long sleeves are necessary if you want to enjoy the lanai.Otherwise, the property was exceptional and would highly recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, and location.
