Phil and Erin were great - very accessible when we need assistance gaining entry. The unit is great! Easy uber ride to downtown/UGA area.

Visiting Athens to go to the Kentucky at UGA game. Apartment was very nice. Only 10-15 minutes from downtown Athens, very clean, really nice complex, quiet area. Everything with our stay went very smoothly.
