We enjoyed our stay here very much. The Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Even FIREWOOD for the fireplace was greatly appreciated. The communication with our host was very nice and we enjoyed this unit.

Very unusual to have carpet in a bathroom other than that, everything else was dandy

Enjoyed our stay, easy drive to the summit country resorts. Bring towels for the hot tub.

I would say there were good things and not so good things. The place is in a great location with easy access to Breckenridge. So the place was clean enough but it is very outdated. Carpet in the bathroom around a toilet is not the greatest idea. It's a virtual guarantee that it is not clean. Place has potential to be great, bad it is definitely 80s style gown to the wallpaper border. No issues with stay but did not receive texts regarding entry 7 days prior or day of.
